This fully furnished residence boasts modern amenities including four flat-screen TVs, three Apple TVs equipped with Netflix, high-speed wireless Internet, and cable TV. When you're ready to unwind, you can choose to relax in air-conditioned comfort or let the gentle island breezes flow through four of the five bedrooms that have ceiling fans. Enjoy movie nights with an assortment of DVDs or take advantage of the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for a fun day out by the ocean!

Maui County's short-term permit number for this property is STKM 2017/0004. Please review our house rules carefully to ensure a pleasant stay. Key rules include no check-ins or checkouts on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or Mother's Day, quiet hours observed from 8:45 PM to 8:00 AM, and no amplified sound that can be heard beyond the property boundaries at any time.

As this is a residential neighborhood, guests are encouraged to keep noise levels down, especially outdoors, to respect our neighbors. Remember, smoking and pets are not permitted on the property.
